  • Project data: Footage you upload, project briefs, messages with editors, and delivered files.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials on our servers.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform to improve the experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To match you with editors and manage your projects.
  • To process payments and manage escrow via Stripe.
  • To communicate with you about your projects, account, and platform updates.
  • To improve the platform experience through anonymized analytics.

3. What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not share your footage or project files with anyone other than your matched editor.
  • We do not use your content for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and database.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and escrow management.
  • Cloudflare R2: Secure file storage for uploaded footage and deliverables.
  • Amplitude: Anonymized product analytics.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Project files are retained for 90 days after project completion, then deleted.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of non-essential analytics.
